Richer countries buy more expensive phones. More news at 11.

    Fantomaska, 21 Oct 2026Sets eyes on Europe with those prices? Are Europeans poor? They can't afford those prices in developed nations?

          This was pretty much expected by everyone after pulling OnePlus. After merging OxygenOS and ColorOS...effectively replacing OxygenOS, they're poised to likely replace OP entirely.

          Sad though. I loved OP. Good luck with that pricing though.

            If RAM prices are currently high why the need to launch a new model every year

                    Indonesia is unlikely because of the price bumps on the A7 Pro and the Reno 16 series...

                      I think:

                      Oppo=leaving India, becoming premium brand
                      OnePlus=Budget brand for India, releasing flagships in China for enthusiasts.
                      Realme=Midrange and budget brand for India & Europe, GT series replacing OnePlus number series

                          So does this mean that the Oppo Find X10 Ultra will reach Europe? It would be great if it did, but even though I'm eyeing up one for 2029 or so, I would not spend over €2K for one.

                            If this is true then I give props to oppo, the X9U is still the greatest phone that exists imo.

                              Got my first Oppo and I think it's a worthy replacement of high end Samsung phones. Very expensive, almost paid 2k for a 16GB/1TB model, but still good value given Samsung is cheaper but has old sensors, crappy privacy displays and lacks 10x optical lenses.
