I don't know man... it feel dumb buying smallest phone so just it can fit your denim pant's front pocket instead of buying normal/bigger size phone with bigger battery and better hardware overall. You can always go back to old school nokia-like dumb phones if you want to have "useful device" instead of "kids toys".

I am no tiny guy like some others. If you will have hands like showels everything will be small to you.
Everything under 7 inch is small tiny and practicaly useless. You cant cram big battery i mean really big battery into such small phone if you looking for best out of best specs.
People looking for really small devices should go back to feature phones.
For someone like you Zanco T1 tiny would be ideal phone.
Or Oukitel K16 or Unihertz Jelly star.

Mid tier devices with flagship prices. I do like the clean OS but that's about it. Other phones have better cameras, better screens, better processors.
I'm guessing the target audience for these phones are people who want simple every day phones that just work for basic usage. Texts, calls, etc. Not for gaming, not the best for photography but good enough for the average user. average battery size with decent life. looks like an iphone.

A lot of people want something discreet. It's not about using, but storing the device. But also, is peoples sight getting so bad, that a 6" screen is too small? Skill issue.
