Nothing about what kind of operating system it runs? Is it some proprietary system with barely any apps, or Wear OS?

The brown one look great, like a normal watch, but why, for the love of God, Chinese marketing photos are always fake? It's not a 2$ watch and still, those people don't have it on their hand and it looks really terrible. Not even a good graphic designer made it.
