It's good to see Arri widening their horizon. They need to work to create a DJI Pocket Competitor in similar firm factor, price point and class leading two cameras.

It is better to just skip all release of this year's phone and wait for next year. Consumer should vote with their wallet and don't let themselves being forced to pay for higher price.

Honor is the only one yet to release its flagship in China but would expect it to be a similar price to Xiaomi and Vivo. With the crazy high pricing this year Chinese Android brands are likely to lose market share to Apple and Huawei in the flagship market

Thsi year all major brands just gave lastest CPU and GPU as only upgrade aand asked much more than year before and all minor brands upgraded all they could but kept the prices or lowered them. Motorola, Oppo, Vivo, Realme, Honor, Huawei are a good proof for minor brands and Apple, Samsung, Sony and Gogle are good proof of major brands with litterary no innovaton but price is much bigger than ever before.

I'm keen to see how much their partnership with ARRI improves colour rendering. ARRI's colour science is known to be very pleasing, but part of its magic is actually down to its sensor (more specifically the custom IR filter which is designed to preserve certain spectra of light that affect skin tone), and this is something Honor would have a hard time emulating with post colour correction processing alone. I'm also interested to see if this would carry over to the photo side not just video...

The level of shameless similarity between this and iPhone is just too much to ignore. I know the chinese are known for this kind of thing but this time around it's just..... Men.. Am out of words. One customer lost by honor, that's for sure.
