They both basically used a rebranded dimensity 9500. The dimensity 9600m. is exactly the same as the dimensity 9500 apart from a tiny difference in clock speed (0.1gHz GPU and NPU. Everything else is the same). Not stronger at all than the snapdragon elite gen 5. If anything at least in China definitely moat people woukd view the Snapdragon elite gen 5 as higher tier compared to the dimensity 9500/9600M

Why would we care about the price in china in yuanes? In EU/USA it will be totally different. Even if you import it from a Chinese marketplace it will be different too.
It's the same as the news about OnePlus. That brand is over. Finished. For ever. No one cares about it.
