That's why you should always wait a month or two before buying any device.

biszkopt, 24 Sep 2026Did I lie tho? It's not a problem for like 99% of user... moreIf it's a software issue, it afftects every single user. The users who don't have the issue just don't do the steps that trigger it.

For example, if this issue only occurs when the authentication fails, the users who haven't failed the authentication yet won't have the issue, but they will have the issue when the authentication fails.

On the other hand, hardware defects willl only affect the users who have defective hardware.

Anonymous, 24 Sep 2026You sound like that Swedish politician claiming "it... moreDid I lie tho? It's not a problem for like 99% of users. It's not another antenna gate or banding gate lol. There are way more important things to hating on an apple, than some software bug that cause problem to small numbers of users.

                  Thanks John!

People are commenting like it's issue of every iPhone 18. In reality it's probably only few people that had that issue. It was the same with orange iphone 17 pro changing color to pink. It was very small number of phones with production defect.

How was this not tested? You pay the same high price and probably get crappy parts from some random company. If every phone maker has problems, what's the point in overpaying for Apple products?

[deleted post]Lol you think that Twitter and Facebook are reliable source of information.

Something like Huawei or Motorola works like best and most loyal worker for the king with no flaws or issues. Many else chinese brands too.
