With Motorola, your smartphone will no longer be supported starting in 2028, and won't get any more security patches after February 2029.

when new Motorola devices comes out, just wait 1 year and buy them for half price. Thats what I do. This year I got a new 60 ultra flip with q8 elite chip and 16gb ram and 512gb hd for around 600 euro when the 70 ultra was came for sale.

Well, this is right there with the Pixel 11 launch in terms of pointless launches. An overpriced midrange phone in a market where Xiaomi, Oppo and Honor are readily available (and most cases better), a 2 day smartwatch that only has the bezel marking for any hope of not being confused for literally everything else oh and they put glass crystals in a folding phone and made another proprietary bullsh*t wireless charging standard.

This has the Snapdragon 7s Gen 3? The vanilla has the 7 Gen 4, which is more powerful, right? How can a Plus model be less powerful? It should be called Edge 70 Minus.

They've priced the Edge 70 Plus at £530 in the UK - £200 more than the 70 Fusion that it's been cut down from.
The Edge 70 Max is only £20 more.

Moto can keep it with their popr OS support, Pixel Watch 4 or Galaxy Watch 8 are much cheaper.
And Pixel Watch 5 is same price, Galaxy Watch 9 is 50 euro less here than Moto.

With wear os fadding away, I'm glad to see a new watch. Google can close their platforms including Android. Others are ready and waiting to step up and fill the void.

Galaxy fold 2019, 03 Sep 2026how many edge 70's are here This is what confuses me about Motorola, they just spam the market with variants. Why does this Edge 70 Plus exist at £529. when there is something like the Edge 70 Fusion at £379. The 70 fusion has better water / dust resistance, an ultra wide camera, a bigger battery option and faster charging, all for £150 less, and it comes with a free moto watch 🤷♂️
None of this makes sense 🤔
