However, my parents upgraded from the A52s to an Honor 600 as I encouraged them not to buy another Samsung. I have an A34 but plan to get an Oppo flagship if I have the money in 2-3 years.

I prefer the S25 edge used just because of the snapdragon. The new FE is Tempting but pricy...like all the new releses...

I never understand the S FE (Fan Edition) series. Especially cause they use the largest size of their screen option for these too. Market is full of all sorts of Androids with tablet size screens so why would anyone even care for the FE series when by the time these come out the S 2X+ version price have already dropped to that point where it's probably cheaper then the FE

Haters gonna hate but few months later they will say it's better to get s26 fe over A58 or S27 fe. Because more than 90% of the World population only criticise the things we can't afford (Definition of POVERTY). I have s25 fe so I will not tell anyone not to buy s26 fe because they said the same thing about s25 fe not being a better choice over s24 fe. Buy it now or not same story, same cycle next year.

It's fine for B2B and carrier deals, but Samsungs (and Pixels) tend to have better sales than the iPhones in general so it probably won't have the impact in that market that the 16e and 17e did even though Samsung (and more recent Pixel a series phones) have been doing it far longer.

S26 FE is great, but the only annoying thing is the usb port downgraded to usb 2.0 :(

Samsung just became Apple with Android. Only thing that sucks for them (and is good for us), unlike Apple, they don't have a monopoly with their OS system.
Remember Internet Explorer with their 95% usage share? Everyone can fall, it just takes longer for the bigger guys.
