Rather than keep reposting boring content from this unhinged extremist, why can't GSMArena repost Geekerwan's contents instead, which actually provides real tech news, such as deep dive of Xiaomi's Xring 3?

Yordan, 26 Aug 2026I don't know why anyone watches his worthless and devo... moreIt actually still makes sense, his videos bring the extreme tests intentionally, that helps to see at what level of hardness you device is at, so i do not find this to be a bad thing. It helps people to see the weak-spots of their devices and how to handle them better. Especially the bend test. A lot of people put their devices in the back pocket, so bending tests could show them not to do that if the device is cheaply made. The same with the materials used, and buttons, if they pup out and can be put back or not, and so on. The fire test, am still not sure what is it for tough.

But how good is it as a spatula? How good does it scoop kitty litter? How many walnuts can I crack with it before the screen cracks? Why are they not answering the important questions?

I don't know why anyone watches his worthless and devoid of logic channel.
Nobody is ever going to forcefully bend their expensive phones or put a lighter fire on the screen for fun, etc.
90% of people use a case and screen protector, because we are mindful of the money we spend on tech.

I used to like his channel back when he tested a lot of budget phones, but now I hardly ever watch it.. what is for? He mostly tests flagships, which are obviously going to survive. Millions of people are still watching, and that is also the reason he keeps this bend test.

Apart from sitting on it by accident, the only other reason I can see any relevance in these bend tests, is of course when wearing a phone in the pocket of you're pants and having that pressure on it from walking and sitting/standing up. I always take care not to put too much pressure on a phone in this regard, but even wearing looser fitting pants I can see that after just a few months the phone's protective flip-case which is a heavy duty one, looks like it has been exposed to an event horizon.

Alas.
After long last a pixel which does not bend fold and breaks.
Interesting.
At least build quality improved.
But what remained same is the fact people year by year pay more and more for worse and worse specced device.
Nowdays pixels are like a below average midrangers to a just dent below above average midrangers.
They are not flagship and even from flagship killers they have a lightyears in difference.
