But one point to clarify: this is when the S21 is not running user apps because when you load up both phones, the OP15 bas waaay more processing power and the OP15 is much more responsive.
Also, the OP15 is not loaded with apps and does not have any questionable apps which are dragging the system down.
OneUI became significantly smoother after version 7. It wasn't like this before.

Even the 'fast and smooth' Oneplus 15 has judder when swiping between homescreens, when my S21 does not. And this is just one example. 'Your system is in optimal condition', anyone? Pathetic
