Guys, be aware with pricing. Higher antutu scores reflect higher price in common. I have observed this deeper in the past and I found it is right. I see a device with antutu scores almost or more than 4,000,000. You know what? The price is high. I knew a device with this high antutu scores. The device price was around IDR 20 millions. This leaves a really big gap between this device and Poco M8s this site is currently bringing. So be aware and mind your step while commenting antutu scores. It has something to do with price at the end.

    But for just pure raw performance, I think the gap between these "prime" cores is not insignificant. If you compare the Single-core Geekbench 6 scores of phones with Helio G81 (cortex-A75), Helio G99 (cortex-A76) and Dimensity 7300 (cortex-A78) - you'll be big difference.

    Helio G81 scores around 570 points
    Helio G99 scores around 750 points
    Dimensity 7300 scores more than 1000 points

    This raw performance makes the most difference in games. But for everyday use, I think all of them will perform more-or-less the same, because the cores will be throttled for energy savings anyways. Which is why I think performance-per-watt of these processors make more difference irl than their pure raw performance do.

                D6300 - 771

                A 22% difference. And the 6300 is clocked at 2.4Ghz vs 2.3Ghz of the 6s Gen 3.

                How is this for debate lol A76 cores are ancient stuff.

Why, cause this processors use just 2 performance cores. The real difference is when u put 4 performance cores, like in dimensity 7300, 7400, sd 6 gen 3 etc

                      Invetor, 21 Apr 2026I thought Cortex-A78 is noticeably better than A76?And you're correct. A78 is considerably better than A76, dunno what Minu is talking about. Far better branch prediction, over 25% more IPC, bandwidth improvements, performance per clock... The list goes on and on.
                      That being said, the real jump was A76 to A77. The A78 is a small refinement. But yeah, A78 cores should be the bare minimum in this day and age.

What I can recall well about it is this Redmi 15 5G wasn't exist in Indonesia. Its position is difficult because of Redmi 15 4G and Redmi Note 14 4G existence. Those 3 models have very close gap in term of price and specs. Hope this info helps.

                                The specs that I wanted to be in Redmi 15 represented in this new model. I am curious on the price in my country, Indonesia. And other good thing I expect from this device is the speaker setup. No info whether this will have stereo speaker. The charging speed is acceptable to handle the massive battery with extra feature called reverse wired charging to let the battery drain quickly while helping other device stay on. So we all know help means sacrifice. I have Redmi 14C in my hand now with 5160 mah in capacity. It lasts longer than it used to be when I just bought this device. Improvement is significant as what I can see. Could it be because of the HyperOS 3? There is no correct answer except yes in my opinion. Now this model is just at announcement stage. It would be great to see how the sales is once it is available on store. I have high confidence for this model will have good sales. Again specs and design are excellent which will normally followed by a good price that suit what this model offers.
