The gain of K9030S is compared with K9020, not K9030/K9030 Pro. The chipset itself is weaker than K9030/K9030 Pro, s for spay at Huawei.
GPU on K9030S is 3CU Maloon 935F, as compared with 6CU Maloon 930 on K9030 Pro and 5CU Maloon 930 on K9030. it is only slightly better than Maloon 920

Pura 90 is reused Nova 15 series w/ no core components update, Pura 90 Pro is the real Pura 90, and Pro Max is the real Pro
no Ultra this year w/ very special camera hardware so they raise others one tier up, you need to consider this when couting the price. probably because last year's sale numbers of Pura 80 series were weaker than predicted so they shrink the lineup

Hardware they use is irrelevant as their photo retouching is borderline image destruction. Also this CIPA thing is new spec sheet addition.

Another "Pro Max"...
Still interesting gradient colors choice also, they made it very boxy compared to what the last Pura 80U, it looks like.
And nice big zoom sensor with the actual lens in the circle not centered at all, amazing for all OCD enjoyers (same with UW) 😅

The pricing is quite surprising. The pura 90 pro max is the same price as the pura 80 pro was las year. Much cheaper than the pura 80 pro+. The Pura 90 pro is 1000rmb cheaper than the pura 80 pro was. No ultra model too. With big price increases from Vivo, Xiaomi and OPPO this is quite competive oricing now in China compared to Huawei's pricing in the past couple of years. The telephoto hardware is the best so far of the current gen phones on paper (at least until tomorrow!). BTW, it's the 4x periscope that has the CIPA7.0 level stabilization not the main camera.
