Even with 1TB internal storage, Google still pushes you for One cloud storage subscription. Sony is still the only one based enough to keep the ever-relevant microSD card slot on their phones.

I wouldn't take any of them. The 16 Pro/Pro Max is still a worthy purchase. Heck, if you don't care about 4K/120fps video recording support, the 15 Pro/Pro Max is still a great buy.

Are the benchmarks updated? I’ve read that the iOS 26.1 update noticeably improved benchmark scores and overall day-to-day performance.

One is smaller and has less battery life. The other is bigger and let's you have 2TB storage on a platform that will still try to sell you a 50gb iCloud subscription. Both weigh more than the OnePlus flagship and have a fraction of the battery life. Got it.

17 Pro Max for sure. 17 Pro is so small that every time I pickup my dad's phone I'm afraid will drop it instantly. My Galaxy S24 Plus is about the same size as 17 Pro Max and I use it comfortably. Plus large phones have larger screen and longer battery life.

One of these for photos, video, and work as my main phone, and the new Poco F9 Ultra for gaming and data management... Perfectly balanced, as it should be. Yes sir! And stop arguing on the forums about which one is better, hahaha.
