The phone is not bad TBH, looking at the fact that we are being provided with phones that now have great and plenty of new features, I wish they could have at least added more features just for fun. It's an Okay basic phone.
For normal daily use, I'd recommend... If you are that much into phones , then looks elsewhere

The phone does not come with a 4 gb ram rather it's optional for 1gb to 2bg of ram

The phone is cheap and one of the best phones in performance, good processor, good battery, Ram is 8GB with extension... If you want a low budget phone with absolutely everything this is the phone for you

I'm bit disappointed that it runs Android 13 GO. No where could I find info on the operating system of this phone. Even GSMarena just showed Android 13. Otherwise my daughter seems to like the phone. Her previous Itel was A36 model, which run Android GO, and I hoped this one (A60s) with 4GB RAM will deliver the full Android, but on booting it showed Android 13 GO :-(
