By the way this phone has Unisoc SC9863A1, not the T7100/T603. So it is upgraded over the first ARC which had the standard SC9863A but the only difference is that it's 22nm and not 28nm 🥹

Very silly brand. They just keep releasing useless phones every single time. They soon launch a phone with the following specs:
6.7 inches 480p display
Android 8 go
4gb ram
2mp front and 8mp rear camera
Then the design will just be an iPhone rip off as usual. HMD IS A BIG DISAPPOINTMENT

If this actually gets released at 80 Euros, it doesn't make sense because their Crest series is exceptional value.

By the way the ODM for this model and the first ARC is Water World/FortuneShip.
I guess they launched a refresh of whatever white label design this is based off as alcatel and ZTE are also launching refreshes of their variants (ZTE has the A37e which replaces the A35e/A35s/A36e, alcatel has the A33 which is a facelift of Dahlia which was the alcatel 3 2025/A31 series, aka TCL 603 in Oceania)

So basically the upgrades are: Dark Blue and Golden Beige, they drop the Black though.
128GB/4GB which the Arc doesn't have.
New GPU, PowerVR GE8322
New CPU, Unison T603, shocked to see it goes from 28nm to 22nm, even though that's really still a bad number
And the IP54 is now global instead of only European
This is pretty much a bad phone, and for 80 euros, I'd rather you save up for a Samsung Galaxy A07, which gets you 2 Nano-SIMS, PLS LCD screen, 120hz, 720 x 1600 res, and pretty much everything else is an upgrade, heck this is coming with Android 14 GO Edition, that's really bad. Meanwhile the A07 comes with standard Android 16 and a 6nm chipset, Dimensity 6300.
Just get a Galaxy A07, trust me, it's way better than an Arc 2.
