Update: It was a good experience, but I made the mistake of updating it from iOS 6 to 9 and it slowed down to a point where animations would lag, but still usable nonetheless. A kid offered to buy it from me some days ago, so I didn't get to have a ton of experience with it, but the things that surprised me are as follows: 1 - music via the headphone jack worked flawlessly and it packed quite a punch (not professional grade by any means, but still). 2 - very sturdy construction but didn't look like it would be the case (pun intended). 3 - battery life was really good (20 hours with moderate use on iOS 6, probably because I didn't have a lot to do with it so I wasn't constantly picking it up to use it) and 4 - the signal reception was almost perfect. I wouldn't be able to pick up anything when really far from signal towers but it was the phone that saved me in an emergency, when no one else's phone was picking up a cell signal when they found me. The fourth reason is the reason I kind of miss the 4S (I sold it, as I mentioned earlier) and if I ever needed to choose between it and any other 50€ phone I would certainly go back to it. I don't know how to close this comment, peace or whatever.

Commenting on one just to test. For anyone thinking to buy one today (I got mine yesterday), don't expect it to be anything more than a feature phone with a touchscreen and a camera. I didn't, that's why I can (barely but still) use it. Its battery is fine (not excellent but good enough). Mine runs iOS 6.1.3 (I got it used so it came jailbroken, which I haven't used yet but will try in a few days) and I have no plans on updating but I heard that iOS 7 and 9 are slow so I might try 8 if I really need to. By the way, 3G is shut down in my country so I turned it off (2G still works but only for calls and SMS/MMS) but you might be completely unable to get a signal depending on your country. Lastly, you will help your sanity if you keep a Windows machine with 3uTools (i4 dot cn for the chinese version) to be able to load music and IPAs on your 4s almost effortlessly (iTunes was not working on my PC for some reason). Happy tinkering or whatever ;) (p.s. The keyboard lacks emojis, at least on the review text box, and Safari works barely, most commonly sites only load bare html versions, but both might be issues with running iOS 6, that's why I mentiones updating to iOS 8, I might update you all on the topic in a few weeks.

I just noticed something about this phone, it's display cannot produce purple color. I recommend checking it yourself if you have one.
