Description:

Ant International is looking for a self-motivated GCFC EU Regional Customer Funds Officer to oversee and maintain best in class transactional lifecycle for our current and future client base, whilst ensuring sufficient efficiency levels and regional progression.The Regional Customer Funds Officer will oversee a diverse number of disciplines within the GCFC realm that preserve efficient day-to-day Operational function and effectively support business objectives. The main focus of this role will encompass but not limited to oversight of the in-house Safeguarding and Risk Disciplines, ensuring robustness for scale across process and delivering change to our customers whilst being responsible for the entirety of the function across the European Region including both the Dutch and Luxembourg bases. This role is suited to energetic enthusiastic individual with excellent communication and analytical skills. We are looking for people who have an eye for detail, enjoy working under pressure and to deadlines, whilst also being passionate about creating/ building robust systems and interacting with like minded individuals. Our business is embarking on a new stage of growth and the successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring we can keep growing at a rapid rate whilst delivering for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Global Customer Funds Centre and surrounding teams to deliver change within the department and ensuring consistent operational support surrounding the businesses’ strategic objectives
  • Optimize and redesign process controls and frameworks to strengthen business practices, improve controls and effectively mitigate business risk. Investigate existing processes, review process flows and propose operational enhancements
  • Create and implement preventative and detective controls across the Operational Risk and Safeguarding disciplines
  • Research, plan and deploy long term strategic goals for the Customer Funds team, from concept to completion
  • Effectively balance long term strategic goals, with short term improvement, delivering an iterative approach to change
  • Collaborating with the Product, Technology and Commercial teams to help better understand our customers growing needs to ensure that our product is maintained operationally across these business units.

Knowledge/ Experience:

  • Self-starter – we are a lean and fast-moving team in a rapidly growing business and must be spoken in English and Mandarin
  • Acute understanding of the Payments, Forex and Safeguarding disciplines with Payment Service Provider and Ecommerce Marketplace knowledge an advantage
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex problems and solutions through concise and clear messaging
  • At least 3-5 amount of experience within the aforementioned spaces
