CVC DIF Fund VIII invested in the company alongside Jersey Telecom in 2025. Manx Telecom plays a central role in the island’s digital economy, owning and operating the fixed and mobile networks, as well as nationwide full‑fibre infrastructure, mobile towers, IT and managed services. CVC portfolio company, Mehiläinen, has announced the acquisition of Aleris, one of the largest healthcare service providers in the Nordics. The acquisition will expand operations into Norway and Denmark and complement existing operations in Sweden. Mehiläinen is a Finnish healthcare and social care provider, operating in nine European countries and serving six million patients. #EuropeAmericas
