ASUS has seemingly confirmed that its NVIDIA RTX Spark-powered ProArt P14 laptop won’t just be getting one configuration. Rather, it is planning to launch five SKUs, all with different configurations of Unified Memory.

The configurations can be found, at the moment, on the official ProArt P14 RTX Spark specs page. In the memory section, Asus indicates that the laptop will come with either 24GB, 32GB, 48GB, 64GB, or 128GB of LPDDR5X Unified Memory on a single system.

Why This Is Important

When NVIDIA officially unveiled the RTX Spark at Computex this year, it only mentioned one memory configuration: 128GB. Going through the specs sheet in broad strokes once more, the RTX Spark is made up of the 20 Grace CPU cores; 6,144 Blackwell RTX GPU cores; 5th generation Tensor Cores; and now, thanks to Asus, we now know up to 128GB of Unified Memory. NVIDIA said that in this configuration, its ARM-based SoC outputs 1 Petaflop of FP4 performance, thanks to each component being connected via its own NVLink-C2C interconnect link.

One thing that isn’t made clear, though, is whether the number of Blackwell CUDA cores is affected or if it will stay the same, regardless of the difference in the amount of Unified Memory. For another matter, there’s a possibility that NVIDIA could launch an RTX Spark processor with few cores, based on earlier reports.

Laptop Specs Also More Or Less Confirmed

While we did manage to get hands on with several laptop models powered by the RTX Spark, the Asus model we saw at NVIDIA’s tech session was nothing more than a dummy model. Further, both GPU maker and brand partner were under lock and key about any further details, particularly performance metrics.

Now, with the product page, we know that the Asus ProArt P14 RTX Spark will ship out with a 14-inch 3K (2,880 x 1,800) OLED panel with a 16:10 aspect ratio, 120Hz refresh rate and 0.2ms GTG response time, and will be a touch display. It will also have up to 1TB of PCIe 4.0 storage, three USB4 Gen3 port, one USB-A 3.2 Gen2 port, a 3.5mm combo audio jack, an HDMI 2.1 FRL port, and an SDCard 4.0 slot.

As a reminder, the RTX Spark ProArt laptop is also supposed to be available in the 16-inch form factor, but at the time of writing, there doesn’t seem to be a listing for the 16-inch variant.
