This role can accept agency background, need industry background in Consumer goods/Pharma/Medical devices. With R&D recruitment experience preferred.

Overseas education background is highly preferred.

• Acting as a talent advisor with hiring managers to understand their business needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and deliver top talent to the organization.

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for assigned business units and functions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring, mainly for G7 to G9 (but not limited to).

• Coordinate the offer process aligned to the company rewards policy, including negotiating salaries and benefits with candidates.

• Drive candidate engagement and a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities.

• Seek market intelligence to gain competitive advantage in attraction, assessment, and sourcing methodologies.

• Bring in new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities and strategies. Manage assigned Projects.

Qualifications and skills

Essential

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• Proven experience in talent acquisition, or related roles ideally in consumer goods or related industry, TA experience with R&D roles in consumer goods is preferred.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to create compelling messaging and storytelling that resonates with diverse audiences.

• Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

• Collaborative mindset and ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

• Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
