We are building an ambitious, high-trust, India-first initiative that sits at the intersection of reasoning, institutions, and public impact. We are looking for intellectually sharp undergraduate philosophy students who enjoy thinking deeply, challenging assumptions, and turning abstract ideas into practical frameworks.

This is not a passive internship. It is for students who want to contribute to something meaningful, learn quickly, and work on problems that demand clarity of thought, ethics, logic, and judgment.

What You Will Do

• Study and summarize complex ideas into structured arguments.
• Help design logic-based frameworks for decision-making and interpretation.
• Identify ambiguity, bias, and contradictions in institutional reasoning.
• Contribute to policy, ethics, and governance-related analysis.
• Support internal research, note-making, and thought structuring.
• Participate in discussions on reasoning, fairness, and social impact.

Who We Are Looking For

• UG student in Philosophy from a reputed college or university.
• Excellent subject knowledge and academic grounding.
• Strong written and verbal English.
• Fluent in Hindi.
• Willing to learn new languages if required.
• Curious, disciplined, and capable of deep thinking.
• Enthusiastic about contributing to nation-building through meaningful work.

Preferred Qualities

• Played chess in intercollege or interstate championships.
• Strong strategic thinking mindset.
• Good at strategic multiplayer games or computer games that reflect planning and adaptability.
• Comfortable with structured reasoning, debate, and intellectual challenge.
• Open to interdisciplinary work with technology, governance, and society.
