Dione Johnson Love this initiative! The progression from FDE frameworks to deep, multi-step agent capabilities is exactly where the friction is right now. As someone heavily deep in agentic engineering and "vibe coding" systems, the biggest shift we’re seeing isn't just getting an LLM to chat—it’s building modular, natural language-driven pipelines that can independently handle backends, state management, and production deployments over long horizons. Real-world FDE right now is all about moving from brittle prompt-chains to robust, self-healing agentic architectures that can build and deploy via natural language. Exciting times ahead for the space!

HI Dione Johnson, I recently added https://www.docling.ai/ to my skill platform and learned about it in the process. Document understanding is where the rubber meets the road for RAG and agentic applications. It allows you to breakdown documents, identifying their parts, and preparing them for semantic search.
This is an experiment I’m running. It injects answer engine friendly endpoints (think AI bot friendly food) into websites and I watch what they prefer. It should help folks understand what works to enhance SEO for AI. https://www.aeopugmill.com
