🆕 It has been close to three years since we joined valantic. Time for change... 🆒 Having jointly worked with +70 GPs on +240 deals and +180 PortCos, I am happy to announce our 1. rebranding from wdp to valantic and 2. the formation of our Private Equity Practice Supported by my fellow +50 valantic partners and +150 M&A consulting professionals, our practice aims to make our industry and technology expertise available to Private Equity funds. 🆙 I am looking forward to strengthening our Practice by working with my fellow partners on this endeavor, including Daniel Tschentscher Florian Holzmann Daniel Krzyzak Stephan Herteux Sebastian Badaghlou Thomas Lang and many others who have contributed with their strong industry or technology knowledge in the past. Having said and named this and them... Navigating Challenges with MERSETA As professionals and businesses dedicated to skills development and training, we deeply appreciate the pivotal role that MERSETA plays in driving growth in our sector. However, ongoing challenges persist despite multiple engagements and meetings with MERSETA. As key stakeholders in the engineering sector, it is disheartening to encounter barriers when attempting to support MERSETA in achieving its core objectives: upskilling the workforce and advancing industry development. Without clear support and accountability at the MERSETA level, how are we expected to effectively contribute to these critical goals?

Recently, we held our annual town hall meeting where we discussed our progress and future direction as we celebrate five years of growth. As we transition from ZERO to ONE, our next big focus is scaling from ONE to TEN. We’re evolving from just delivering tech solutions to becoming true partners in our clients’ success. Our goal is to offer comprehensive solutions and establish ourselves as a dedicated partner in mutual growth. Here are the key points I discussed during the meeting: 1) Long-Term Goals: Crafting our vision for the future and building the Antino brand. 2) Short-Term Goals: Mapping out the steps to elevate our growth. 3) Strategies: Implementing effective strategies to achieve our goals. 4) Strengths and Achievements: Leveraging our past successes and strengths to exceed expectations.
