Starting off with our marketing campaigns, we have launched our Easter Sundays for Like campaign for our great Mark merchants. With Easter approaching in less than two weeks, we are delighted to share our latest Grandma's Polite campaign, Easter Sunday. We should be running from the 14th to 20th of April. This is the perfect opportunity to feature festive favourites like chocolate and confectioneries to draw in shoppers and drive a sales. And here's how it works. You can choose one mechanic, 20% off items or 40% off selected items. And no, for both mechanics it is 100% funded by merchants. Registration is now currently open from 20th April to Great Merchant Grandma Merchants, where you can sign up directly via the Grand Merchant app. And for this campaign you can opt out anytime. If you're interested in joining, you can now sign up to the Great Merchant app and you can simply follow these steps. First, click into the marketing tile on your Graph Merchant app homepage. Next, tap on Show All to view all Spotlight campaigns. And finally, click into the Easter Sunday campaign and review the campaign details and sign up. And moving on to a product updates, I'm very excited to introduce you to the graph logic solution, which is designed to revolutionize how you connect with your customers and drive repeat business. I'll grab Bloody Solution. It's the latest product update that allows you to build stronger customer relations and encourage repeat business. By enabling your customers to easily earn rewards across their purchases with your brand, we can foster deeper engagement and drive significant business growth through a simple and effective system. Here's a more detailed explanation. When customers see similar value across options, that's when it's important to stand out and create a reason for customers to keep coming back. Now let's think like a customer. When there's no loyalty program, there is no return incentive, and meanwhile, physical STEM cards may be inconvenient. And with many loudly solutions out there, the sign up process can be complex and tedious. However, a digital stamp card integrated into a familiar platform like the Grab app offers seamless convenience while encouraging repeat visits to your store. The key take away is that effortless integrated systems are the most effective for building long term customer loyalty, which makes them easier to choose you. The great body solution keeps you connected with customers through automated in app and WhatsApp nudges triggered by reward earnings or inactivity. Additionally, you can run customizable WhatsApp campaigns to reengage customers and share updates. We also provide performance data on these campaigns, helping you optimize our reach and stay top of mind to drive repeat business. And here's how it works. On the grab bag, customers first broke through the menu and decide what to order, and after deciding what to order, customers will place the order at the summary page. A popup will appear asking the customer to join the loyalty club, and after placing their order, the digital stamp card is instantly updated with the stamp for their purchase. And here's how it works. Ordering in store. Upon payment, customers can scan their QR at the checkout counter and after scanning it, carry them to the loyalty info page. Customers are then able to join the loyalty upon giving their consent and then they can choose between paying with Grab or at the cashier. It is that simple. Next on operational updates, I'll be sharing on how you can update your store information. We understand that as your business grow and evolve, there are many store updates to be done from time to time. Fred not we're here to guide on how we can go about doing it. First, here's how you can change your address When your new address is within 100 meters of your old location. Simply go to grab Merchant app, select Store, select entrance, move the pin, and then set the location. In the scenario that a new location is beyond 100 meters of the old location, you will need to fill up the relocation form found in the help center. And do note that if you're registered business you need to provide your Acura, while if you're a non registered you need to prepare your NRC and SFA licence. Next, a common question that we've been getting from many of you is how to update your entity information. If there's a change in your business registration number, we need to register you as a new merchant. So don't worry, we reach out to you within three days to help you complete the onboarding form and you need to sign a new contract. Please note that some details from your previous store, like historical order information will no longer be available. But the good news is putting away your own entities. Rate, rating and reviews is now supported. If you'd like to know more about updating your store information, you can head on to our help center and do look out for the link that we sent in the chat.
