  • The Transcarent BOLD Employee Resource Group hosted a Zoom celebration to honor Black History Month, bringing together Team Transcarent in homes and offices remotely across the United States. We learned about historical Black figures through trivia, watched inspiring stories, and heard directly from each other about leaders that have personally shaped and impacted us. Our last activity was to fill in the blank: “I am ___ because of those who came before me.” A reminder that honoring Black history is something we can all carry forward every day through our stories and voices.

  • “The current state is already highly disruptive. So if we do nothing, we are disrupting. We need to change to move to something better.” Ellen Kelsay joined Janet Sullivan, CBP from McKesson, and Laurie McGraw at Voyages with a clear message: healthcare costs aren’t stabilizing. They’re compounding. And standing still is not a neutral strategy. With trends reaching their highest levels in over a decade and a 62% cumulative increase over ten years (re: Business Group on Health), benefits leaders are being forced to make harder, more strategic decisions. Bold moves and benefits redesigns are no longer optional. They are necessary. This is the Power of Knowing — turning data, insight, and urgency into action that moves beyond cost shifting and toward meaningful progress. Watch the full session, “At What Cost? Facing the Healthcare Crisis Head-On,” here, https://lnkd.in/gHhGJHtR

Employers play a critical role in turning cancer awareness into action. As Cancer Prevention Month comes to a close, one thing is clear: awareness alone isn’t enough. Action saves lives. Employers can make early detection feel less overwhelming by helping employees take meaningful, personalized steps toward risk reduction. With Transcarent Cancer Care, Members work with ACS LION™-certified Oncology Nurse Navigators to develop individualized plans of action—scheduling screenings, setting tailored reminders, and making preventive care part of their everyday routine. In the blog, “Empower Employees to Fight Cancer with Personalized Plans of Action,” Kristen Gipper, BSN, RN, OCN, ACS LION, shares how the right partnership can help employers turn concern into action and build a culture that prioritizes early detection and healthy living. https://lnkd.in/deXSQbBR

  • “Our quality program rivals pretty much every major health system I’ve ever been a part of.” That’s how our Chief Clinical Officer, Alan Roga, MD, FACEP, describes Transcarent’s approach to clinical quality. Healthcare improves when experience, outcomes, and cost move together. That alignment, grounded in clinical quality, defines Health Impact. For benefits leaders, sustainable cost reduction starts with better care, not just managing spend. Watch Alan’s “Destination: Health Impact” from Voyages by Transcarent. Know how a disciplined approach to clinical quality delivers measurable value for employers, including improved treatment plans, earlier cancer care, fewer avoidable readmissions, and more sustainable cost performance. That’s the Power of Knowing. https://lnkd.in/dzvGnXhQ

  • “Awareness alone isn’t enough. Reducing risks and catching cancer early is easier when people know where to start and feel supported along the way.” Our Kristen Gipper, BSN, RN, OCN, ACS LION, Oncology Nurse Navigator at Transcarent, discusses Cancer Prevention Month in our latest blog. She reminds employers that now is an opportunity to re-evaluate their cancer care approach and take steps to make it easier for their people to act on necessary screenings and care. By giving people the tools, education, and resources they need to take charge of their health, employers can play a vital role in long-term health outcomes. Kristen shares the four levers employers can control in “Building a Workplace That Helps Employees Act Early on Cancer Risk.” https://lnkd.in/gt-yz87T

  • "2026 marks a milestone of both progress and persistence as we recognize the 100th anniversary of federal recognition for Black Americans. Black healthcare pioneers have broken barriers, challenged injustice, and transformed medicine, often in the face of tremendous obstacles.” Sheldon Thomas, member of Transcarent's BOLD employee resource group, shared this perspective on the significance of Black History Month this year. Join us in celebrating a century of impact and innovation by honoring the Black changemakers whose leadership and contributions continue to shape the future of healthcare.

  • “Doing nothing is the single most expensive thing you’re going to do.” Healthcare costs are no longer just an HR issue. They’re a growth issue. A margin issue. A workforce issue. The time to be bold and make a change is now. Don’t keep repeating a playbook that was never designed for the rising challenges and costs of today. During Voyages, Snezana Mahon, Pharm.D., President of Transcarent, broke down the forces reshaping health and care - from specialty drug and GLP-1 cost pressures to accelerating innovation. It’s a powerful example of the Power of Knowing: understanding what’s ahead so you can lead change with clarity and confidence. Watch "The State of Health and Care," here: https://lnkd.in/gX3h5-bM

  • With Transcarent, employers don’t just keep up with change, they know how to lead it, building a healthier workforce and a more sustainable future of health and care. When people get the right care at the right time, they move from answers to action with clarity, confidence, and control. • “Innovation begins by doing something.” At Voyages by Transcarent, our CEO Glen Tullman delivered a clear message: the status quo in healthcare is no longer the safe choice. “It’s not working, not for employers, not for families, not for anyone.” Rising costs. Growing complexity. Employees opting out of coverage. More pressure on an already strained system. Incremental change won’t fix this. Bold, strategic action will. That’s the Power of Knowing...knowing we can build a better health and care experience, and doing something about it. Watch Glen deliver, "Navigating the Future," here: https://lnkd.in/eJJzbv52
