      There were some bugs initially with the virtual keyboard showing up even while the focus keyboard was attached, but that was fixed after I updated Gboard app. Battery life is good, and not wifi disconnection issue like some online reviews mentioned (might be a distance to router problem for those people). Build quality and screen quality are both very good on both the tab and focus keyboard. Screen is very comfortable and high quality to read ebooks/articles (especially if you're coming from an IPS LCD laptop like me). Appearances are subjective but it definitely looks very cool to me especially when it's opened in laptop mode with focus keyboard. Keyboard connection is very immediate and reliable with the pogo pin connectors and very sturdy magnetic grip, so no wobble issues. If you're coming from a 15 inch laptop, it takes some time to get used to smaller tablet sized keyboard but the experience is good once you get used to that, and the key travel and quality itself is great. It also takes some time to adjust to the narrow trackpad but it does the job, can't complain much. No lag or delay or stutters observed yet, very good performance (I don't do gaming, just medium heavy multitasking work on it like you'd use for office work e.g. some chrome tabs, youtube, notes app/docs chatgpt etc). I got it tab + pen for 36K on no cost emi plus 9K for keyboard so overall for 45K it's not very cheap considering you can get a budget laptop for this price or even the motobook for slightly higher price (50-62K across variants) and it even has an OLED screen while this one isn't. But, if you necessarily want the touch input, portability, lagfree performance, pen input and laptop mode with focus keyboard, then windows laptops offering all this will cost 90K or more. But if you really want windows laptop offering all this then vivobook s14 flip is the only real choice I was able to find. But since I already had a heavy windows laptop (hp victus 16), I bought this tab for maximising portability.

      Xiaomi Pad 8 is a good Tablet.

      12 GB, 256 GB. Performance Good.

      But Stylus focus pen pro intermittent working since 1st day. After 13 day shows in Service Centre and Thanks they replaced old pen with a new stylus pen. Now pen working fine.

      Hope it works perfect in future.

      not a good product for digital art, please go for apple 11 gen atleast if you are goin to buy xiomipad gets over heat on digital painting, focus pen cant give you the level of precession that apple pencil gives its a loss of money

      This is for everyone who eyeing for xiaomi pad 8. Do not buy 128 gb model! I have bought both 128 and 256 gb models, 256 gb model is consistent performer, less ui stutter. Plus, OS eats up 30 gb of the storage, so you get only less than 100 gb on 128gb model. Faster RAM and Storage of 256 gb model is an advantage as well. One more thing, once you start installing apps, that will eat up 25 + gb of internal memory, so you will have only 70 gb to use. 256 gb model all the way!
