Reviewed in India on 24 July 2026Worth for the Price! Especially in a situation like all the 5g mobiles are in a overpriced environment, this phone ticks all my basic necessities. I have used this phone for a month and these are my observations..
Pros:
1) clean OS, with just having 4GB of ram, still the phone never hanged, as an entry level 5g it was very good.
2) Battery life was excellent, I can pass 2 days without charging with moderate usage. The 10watt charger is a little let down, still the 6000 mah battery once charged increases the usage time drastically.
3) 5g network connectivity is good and phone audio clarity is also good
4) camera options like 4k video recording is good to have
Cons:
1) 13 MP camera is a let down, I know 13mp is less and still chose it for other means. You can't expect anything in night photography at all. Still portrait photos are good in good lighting conditions.

Reviewed in India on 3 July 2026Sim tray was damaged. Tray was bent. This was a manufacturing defect. Open Box Inspection service was actually not needed as the delivery person did not check the Sim tray. Delivery person won't be technically sound in general. The newly initiated Open Box Inspection service by Amazon is a failure as it is difficult to return the product once Open Box Inspection is done. Return was initiated by Amazon and the pickup was arranged by the seller to be handled by Delhivery. The Delhivery team never called me and never visited my home to pick the product for return. The Delhivery team executive never picks the call and when they said no one was available at home, I called the Delhivery support team and they mentioned a mobile number which was not my number. They finally cancelled the pickup saying that exceeded maximum multiple pickup attempts. Very very pathetic service. No replacement available for the New model Lava Bold N2 5g. I want either a replacement for the sim tray or a phone replacement or a refund at the earliest. Worst support in resolving the manufacturing defect. Everyone playing games on their side. No phone user guide was available in the phone box. Worst experience. It is better to buy the product from the company directly who would provide the expected support and better service. Not sure how the phone passed the Quality check. I have ordered a Sim tray on my own interest through Lava service center, because I didn't get a replacement part or a refund.
