Drawing on research commissioned by the UK government and funded by the third sector, the session makes the case that creating good work for all is essential to sustainable wellbeing. It also highlights the vital role psychologists play in shaping inclusive practice, policy, and systems.

Meet the Speaker

Almuth McDowall (she/ her), Professor of Organisational Psychology, Birkbeck University of London 

 

Almuth is Professor of Organizational Psychology at Birkbeck University of London. Her research is about inclusion and in particular neuroinclusion, occupational health wellbeing and coaching. She is committed to translating research into useful evidence for organisational policy and practice. Almuth directs a research centre dedicated to neurodiversity and has recently designed a specialist programme to train neurodiversity coaches. Her research is widely published and she is a sought after keynote speaker.
