Dr Rachael Skews, Director, Cognus Consulting Ltd
Dr Rachael Skews is a chartered psychologist and behavioural scientist. She is an internationally recognised subject matter expert in Acceptance and Commitment Coaching. She provides coaching, training and behavioural science consultancy through her company Cognus Consulting Ltd. Rachael is considered a thought leader on topics related to human performance, wellbeing and behavioural science. She has a background in health technology, psychological research, organisational psychology, and philosophy. Rachael’s research focuses on performance, wellbeing and behaviour change, and she has developed and tested both traditional and technology-delivered psychological interventions.
