I imagine that there are very few cases of such discrimination altogether, much less that make it to the courts. And certainly if prevention is part of the motivation then rejecting a claim because of a lack of historical disadvantage or prejudice would defeat that purpose. Does parliament have to amend the law every time a new target of discrimination arises? | |
