About Recruiting Leadership Labs
Recruiting Leadership Labs are in-person workshops 100% focused on helping corporate recruiting leaders win.
All of our Recruiting Leadership Labs focus on preparing TA managers and directors for more strategic conversations with key stakeholders, including business execs and HR partners.
All workshops have identical formats – scenario-based work in small groups, with peer recruitment managers, led by John Vlastelica.
Our workshops run for 1.5-2 days, with a dinner at the end of the first day. We also host a virtual follow-up meeting a few weeks afterward to check in as a cohort.
