This Earth Hour 2026, in partnership with WWF-Kenya, we planted indigenous trees as part of a 25-acre restoration project. This effort supports our broader commitment under the #NCBAChangeTheStory agenda to plant 10 million trees by 2030. Since 2023, we have made measurable progress, including growing over 1.3 million trees, mobilizing KES 9.5 billion in green and sustainable financing, and directly and indirectly impacting over 1.2 million livelihoods. These milestone efforts reflect our belief that economic growth and environmental stewardship must go hand in hand. Earth Hour reminded us that awareness alone is not enough but sustained action is what drives meaningful change.
