Misaki Nakazato 仲里美咲 さんがシェアしました「で、今何してるの？」ここ最近、一番聞かれる質問です。※English follows🌍👇 今日でSThreeに入社してちょうど3年になりました！ まずは、これまで関わってくださった皆さん、本当にありがとうございます。 未経験の私を採用して育ててくれた Yuji Nozaki (野﨑 裕司)、いつも自由にチャレンジさせてくれる Joshua Davey、RPOという新しい取り組みを後押ししてくれている Chris Reilly には本当に感謝しています。 社内でも「今どこで何してるの？」とよく聞かれるので（笑）、ざっくり自己紹介です。 1年目：Associate Recruitment Consultantとして入社。ProgressiveチームでRoboticsマーケットを担当。 2年目：Recruitment Consultantに昇格。製薬企業のRPOを担当。 3年目：Senior Recruitment Consultantに昇格、RPOチーム立ち上げ、Engagement Partnerを兼任。グローバルテクノロジー企業のRPOを担当。 クライアント先でRPOリクルーターとしての採用支援がメインの仕事ですが、今は次のプロジェクトまでの間、社内でソーシングなどのサポートをしています。 SThreeでは通常、ブランドやチームに所属して働きますが、私は特定のブランドには所属しておらず、社内で様々なチームと協業する機会があります。このフリースタイルを結構気に入っています。 この3年を振り返ると、本当に濃い3年間でした。 ✅ 毎年プロモーション ✅ 賞与旅行”Super Trip”参加（2024・2026） ✅ ”Customer Experience” アワード受賞（2025） ✅ ロンドンキャリアフォーラム参加 ✅ スキー旅行をはじめ数々の社内イベント 4年目も振り返ったときに、今年も濃かったなと思える1年にしたいと思います。 また、弊社のRPOサービス Talent Acquisition as a Service（TAaaS）についても少しずつ発信していこうと思います。 4年目も引き続き、「今どこで何してるの？」と聞かれそうですが（笑）、よろしくお願いします😊 ────────── "So… what are you doing these days?" This is probably the question I get asked the most lately. Today marks my 3rd anniversary at SThree! First of all, a huge thank you to everyone I've had the chance to work with over the past three years. Especially Yuji Nozaki (野﨑 裕司) for hiring someone with zero recruitment experience, Joshua Davey for always letting me try new things, and Chris Reilly for supporting our RPO journey. Since even people inside SThree often ask me, "What team are you in now?" or "What are you working on these days?" I thought I'd give a quick introduction. Year 1 Joined as an Associate Recruitment Consultant. Worked in the Progressive team covering the Robotics market. Year 2 Promoted to Recruitment Consultant. Worked on an RPO project for a pharmaceutical company. Year 3 Promoted to Senior Recruitment Consultant. Helped launch the RPO team (TAaaS) as an Engagement Partner. Worked on an RPO project for a global tech company. My main job is supporting clients as an RPO recruiter, but at the moment I'm between projects and helping with sourcing internally. Most people at SThree belong to a specific brand or team, but I don't currently sit within a particular brand, which means I get to work with lots of different teams across the business.I quite enjoy that freedom. Looking back on the past three years: ✅ A promotion every year ✅ Sales incentive trip (Super Trip) in 2024 and 2026 ✅ ”Customer Experience” Award in 2025 ✅ London Career Forum ✅ Plenty of other company events (the ski trips were my favorite!) My goal for year four is simple: to look back next year and say, "Yep, that was another busy year." I'm also planning to start sharing more about our RPO offering, Talent Acquisition as a Service (TAaaS). And I have a feeling people will still be asking me, "So... what are you doing these days?" Thanks for all the support, and here's to year 4!

It’s hard to put into words how I feel—grateful, fulfilled, and honored to have been part of such an incredible team. I’m confident that Regeneron will continue to grow and achieve even greater things. The picture below was taken yesterday, and honestly, I’m feeling really emotional... To everyone in the photo and beyond—thank you for making this journey so special. It’s been an incredible journey filled with learning and growth… I’m grateful for the warm welcome and support from the amazing team and proud to be part of such an exciting expansion in Japan. A special thanks to Erica Gunnigle Alina Sajitz-Hermstein for traveling from Europe last month to provide valuable training, development and insights. We had a great time working together and, of course, enjoyed our everyday lunch and coffee breaks too! I also want to highlight the continued support from Emily Kaneko, thank you so much! Misaki Nakazato 仲里美咲 さんが「いいね！」しましたMisaki Nakazato 仲里美咲 さんが「いいね！」しましたマネージャー向けIncentive Tripで、フランス・シャモニーを訪れました🇫🇷✈️ 世界各国のSThreeのトップマネージャーが集まる貴重な機会に、日本からは Takahito Tokudoh 、Matt Beasley 、私のマネージャー3名とSenior Directorの Tommy Haviland が参加しました。各国の仲間と交流し、マネジメントについて意見を交わす、とても刺激的な時間になりました。 ワークショップでは、マネージャーによるメンバー育成をどのように捉え、チームの成果につなげていくかを議論しました。 特に印象に残ったのは、メンバーの成長を適切に評価するには、マネージャーの取り組みとメンバーの成長、そしてチームの成果とのつながりが明確であることが大切だという点です。また、チームの状況や背景によって評価が左右されないよう、公平性にも目を向ける必要があります。 個人として成果を出しながら、メンバーを育てることでチームにさらなる価値を生み出す「player-coach」の役割について、世界各国のマネージャーと考えを深めることができました‼️ 学びと交流の機会をいただき、ありがとうございました。ここで得た気づきを、日本のチームづくりにも活かしていきたいと思います🇯🇵 またシャモニーはとても美しい場所で癒されました✨

Following the presentation, we hosted the panel discussion with executives from BVB on what it takes to build and sustain high performance team. In our business, we value high performance culture and found a similarity between football team management and our business leadership. After the event, we were invited to the public training session, we even cloud get an opportunity to meet some of the players! It was such a great experience, thank you so much Borussia Dortmund, looking forward to staying connected and continuing the conversation! #Dortmund

Misaki Nakazato 仲里美咲 さんが「いいね！」しましたMisaki Nakazato 仲里美咲 さんが「いいね！」しました【Building High-Performance Teams】 先週Borussia Dortmundの訪日に際して、グローバルで協業している弊社にて上記のテーマで基調講演とネットワーキングイベントを開催しました。 私は学生のころから海外サッカーが大好きだったので、ドルトムントと言えばロシツキー、ヤン・コラーとチェコ全盛期の2人を筆頭にレーマン、ケール、オドンコルなど魅力的な選手が多くいるチームで好きでした。（世代がバレますね） そんなドルトムントと一緒に仕事をできる日が来るとは思わなかったのでSThreeには本当に感謝です。 「強いチーム作り」に大切なこととして、ご登壇いただいたDr. Suresh Letchmananは「若手に積極的に活躍のチャンスを与えること」と仰っていました。 ドルトムントのように競争激しいリーグで常に第一線で戦うには、若手にチャンスを与えつつ、結果にはチームで責任を取っていくこと、これがサステナブルに成長するチーム作りには不可欠なんだというお話に感銘を受けました。 これはビジネスでも同じ考えが適用されると思います。 昨今どの企業様も高い採用ニーズを抱えており、企業の成長戦略のために即戦力を求めているのも理解しますが、上記の考えが抜けてしまうとせっかく育った若手が抜けていって中間層不在の組織ができてしまう恐れがあります。 私も弊社の組織作りにおいて肝に銘じておこうと思い良い学びになりました。 写真は夜の公開練習にお邪魔させてもらった時のものです。 今回のイベントのきっかけ作りをしてくれたKoji Takei, イベントを短期間で実現した頂いたSeiya Takano、弊社のマーケティングチームMai Horiuchi, Ayaka Moriも改めて有難うございました！ #borussiadortmund #BVB #HPC #HighPerformanceTeam

Misaki Nakazato 仲里美咲 さんが「いいね！」しましたMisaki Nakazato 仲里美咲 さんが「いいね！」しましたKids’ summer holidays have officially started, and for many working parents, that means juggling work, family, camps, playdates, lunches, and somehow making everything fit together. This week, my office looks a little different. I’m working from the beautiful Jeju Island, where my great-grandparents were from, while celebrating my mother’s 70th birthday. Before COVID, this probably would’ve meant taking a full week off. Instead, I’m able to spend quality time with family while continuing to support my teams, clients, and candidates. My teams are on track to hit their targets this month, and I’m also in the process of closing another deal myself. It made me reflect on how much the conversation around flexibility has evolved. Over the past year, I’ve spoken to a growing number of candidates who are genuinely happy where they are. They like their manager, enjoy their team, are performing well, and aren’t actively looking. Yet they’re still open to having a conversation. One topic keeps coming up: flexibility. At the same time, we’re seeing more organisations revisit hybrid policies and increase office attendance. High-profile announcements from companies like Amazon and GMO, along with similar moves from others, have brought the debate back into focus. It’s clear many businesses are reassessing what flexibility should look like moving forward. And honestly, I understand both sides. From a company perspective, stronger collaboration, coaching, culture, and accountability matter. Every leader has probably seen situations where flexibility hasn’t delivered the outcomes they hoped for. But from a candidate perspective, the conversation often sounds different. Interestingly, the people raising flexibility most often aren’t underperformers. More often than not, they’re candidates consistently exceeding expectations, leading teams, and delivering strong results. They’re not asking to work less—they’re asking for more autonomy in how they work. For me, flexibility isn’t about working from anywhere at any time. It’s about trust, accountability, and outcomes. As organisations continue to revisit their office policies, it raises an interesting question. Are they making a conscious trade-off between stronger in-person collaboration and the risk of losing talent? If so, is it a trade-off worth making?
