Driving circular solutions through innovation, where sustainability and excellence meet. From raw materials and design to production optimisation and logistics, the Gucci Circular Hub is dedicated to developing circular products and advancing manufacturing efficiencies. Its initiatives include the Upcycled Denim Project, transforming discarded denim into a new fabric, Gucci’s Denim Evolution, combining regenerative cotton with post-consumer recycled fibres, and the Gucci Circular Product Design Guidelines, built around durability, longevity, repairability and recyclability. Manufacturing programmes such as Gucci Scrap-less further support this approach by reducing material waste while improving resource efficiency. The Gucci Circular Hub reflects our hands-on approach to problem-solving—translating challenges into practical solutions across our value chain and fostering a circular economy rooted in sustainability and quality designed to last. #Gucci

“Be an active participant in your own growth. Curiosity and adaptability are what create real impact.” Jorge Magallon began his journey 12 years ago as a Lead Client Advisor at Bloomingdale’s Costa Mesa and later became Associate Store Director at Bloomingdale’s Glendale. He then applied that experience in his role as Associate Store Director at our Directly Operated Store in Glendale Americana, expanding his exposure to new processes, retail levers, and client-focused strategies. Today, as Store Director at our San Diego store, Jorge leads the team with a strong focus on clarity, accountability, and continuous development, driving meaningful and sustained business impact. Jorge’s journey at Gucci shows that even a lateral move can open space for learning and long-term growth. #JourneyOfSuccess #InternalMobility

On the International Day of Education, this year’s theme — The power of youth in co-creating education — aligns with a belief we strongly share: supporting young people means giving them concrete tools, real-world experiences and the space to actively shape their own paths. At Gucci, this approach is reflected in our partnership with Istituto Secoli, where we contribute to a specialized training programme focused on fashion product prototyping. Through industry know-how, hands-on expertise and direct exposure to real product development, young talents gain the skills and confidence to bridge creativity with technical excellence. This experience is embodied through the journey of Fangjing, who joined Gucci in 2024 after completing her studies at Istituto Secoli. She now works as a prototypist with the Ready-to-Wear heavy garments team, where experimentation, problem-solving and craftsmanship come together every day. Supporting the next generation means opening meaningful pathways for young people to grow, contribute and shape what comes next at Gucci. #Gucci #InternationalDayOfEducation

Creativity meets mastery, seen through a contemporary lens. Head Chef Takahiko Kondo continues Gucci Osteria da Massimo Bottura in Florence’s exploration of regional identity with “Viaggio in Toscana”, bringing forward the culinary heritage of Tuscany. The menu reflects a balance between tradition and innovation, preserving timeless flavors while translating them for the present, where technique, expression and memory shape an experience that goes beyond taste to celebrate culture. A journey that reflects Gucci Osteria’s vision: celebrating Italian excellence through creativity, craft and emotion. #GucciOsteria
