Last week, we had the pleasure of welcoming a group of students from Politecnico di Milano to our Headquarter. The students, attending the Manufacturing Technology and Process Selection for Automotive course, took part in a session that combined an overview of our company, real industrial case studies and an in-depth discussion on Body-in-White technologies. The session encouraged students to ask questions and evaluate alternative manufacturing solutions for automotive components and sub-systems. The experience concluded with a plant tour, providing a direct insight into assembly operations and industrial best practices. Same address, new look. Since 1989, the Fontana Group Headquarters have been located in the province of Lecco, surrounded by the lake and the mountains. Here, you can find not only one of our main production plants, but also most of our operational offices. This winter, we decided to renew the entrance that welcomes hundreds of employees and visitors from all over the world every day. The project included the garden, the staircase and the lighting. The original Flos lamps were not replaced, but carefully restored by our spin-off altreforme Sartoria. A distinctive detail of our history, and a reminder that good design is made to last. In April, we were pleased to take part in the sixth edition of Career Day, organized by CONFINDUSTRIA LECCO E SONDRIO and CONFINDUSTRIA COMO at Fondazione Lariofiere. This year’ we had the opportunity not only to meet and speak directly with more than 1,000 students from 13 different schools across the provinces of Como, Lecco and Sondrio, but also to take part in one-to-one interviews with students from selected schools and study paths that match the professional profiles we are most often looking for. It was a pleasure, once again, to be part of an event that continues to grow edition after edition and to experience firsthand the energy and enthusiasm of so many young future professionals.  Opportunities like these confirm how important these moments of exchange are, not only for students, but for companies as well.  #FontanaGroup #WeAreFontana #CareerDay #Expertise #Innovation #Technology #Excellence

We are proud to share that, once again this year, we have renewed our collaboration with one of the most renowned technical institutes in the Lecco area. For three mornings, students worked closely with our technical team exploring key stages of the production process: from quality control and finishing to the use of robotic tools. This year as well, the program will conclude with a visit to our headquarters, where students will experience innovation and technology firsthand. On Sunday, March 8, our Fontana Athletes officially kicked off the 2026 sports season! A large group of our athletes took part in the Run For Life, the charity race held at the iconic Autodromo Nazionale di Monza. Most of them ran the 10 km route, experiencing the excitement of running on such a legendary circuit. The moment was made even more special by our signature Fontana Athletes t-shirt, which this year also celebrates the company’s 70th anniversary. We are very proud to share that the NERVI RACING TEAM from Liceo Nervi in Morbegno (Lecco), which we are supporting as their official Sponsor, has achieved first  place at the regional qualification of the STEM Racing competition!  This great result secures their place in the Regional Final, which will take place in May at the legendary Autodromo Nazionale di Monza, the perfect setting for a competition that challenges speed.  But what is STEM Racing about? Students design and build a miniature Formula 1 car using CAD modeling and basic aerodynamic studies, then race it on track. During the qualifications, teams are judged not only on speed, but also on engineering, design and project presentation.
