Together with FIB (SERI Industrial Spa), we have reached an agreement for the joint development of an integrated industrial supply chain in the lithium iron phosphate battery sector. The initiative covers the production of cells and modules, and the assembly of systems for stationary storage applications and for industrial and commercial electric mobility. Industrial activities will be developed at the Teverola hub in Caserta, where the first cell production plant is already operational, followed by a second gigafactory by 2029 with an output of over 8 GWh/year. Building on the complementary industrial expertise of the two companies, the project contributes to the development of a battery industry in Europe, with the goal of capturing over 10% of the European stationary battery market. https://lnkd.in/eGueYqre

Together with PETROCI and Vitol, we've approved the final investment decision for Baleine Phase 3, a significant step for the project, which will raise oil production from 60,000 to 150,000 barrels per day and gas output from 80 to 200 million cubic feet per day, with all gas allocated to Côte d'Ivoire's domestic market. Phase 3 is a testament to our exploration and production model: built on excellence in exploration activities, the ability to develop projects through a fast-track and phased approach, and a consistent commitment to sustainability, in continuous dialogue with the host country. We have signed new long-term LNG supply agreements in Indonesia, reinforcing the country’s role as a strategic supplier to regional and international markets. The additional #LNG volumes further diversify our global integrated portfolio, aligning with our objective to reach over 20 MTPA of contracted LNG supply by 2030. These agreements are another example of our growth strategy, connecting upstream gas development, efficient use of LNG infrastructure and access to global markets, while contributing to the region’s growing energy needs through reliable lower-carbon energy supplies. https://lnkd.in/dtQve-kW
