What is the difference between Full User and a Viewer?

Viewers can download and showcase content on their device but they cannot customize the content. Viewers who receive view-only access to Ingage through a manufacturer can only access the content provided to them by that manufacturer and cannot download additional content from the Marketplace.

Full Users have complete access to the Ingage platform from customizing an unlimited number of presentations to sharing them across teams and anlayzing the results through Ingage Analytics. Additionally, a Full User can be categorized as an Administrator, Editor, Creator and Viewer allowing you even more control over who can access and edit your content!

What is Ingage Teams?

Ingage Teams is the platform that allows you manage users, access the Marketplace and review Ingage Analytics. Access to Ingage Teams varies based the Ingage product you select.
