What do you do if your team lacks empathy in managing client relations?
One of the ways I impart empathy training is by asking my team to role play the client. Ask me questions that they would want to ask as clients and not as service providers. This exercise has proved to be very helpful in making them introspect about the gaps and I have also seen considerable improvement in the subsequent interactions.
