1. Filter the Feedback Cut through the noise. Extract themes that align with core business goals. 2. Stick to the North Star If it doesn’t move the strategy forward, it’s a distraction. 3. Hit the Sweet Spot Prioritize where user needs and business impact overlap. That’s your gold. 4. Align the Org Sales, support, marketing — get everyone rowing in the same direction early. 5. Evolve, Don’t Rebuild Fix the flaws, keep the soul. Users should feel heard, not lost. 6. Sell the Why Turn changes into a story — not just updates, but upgrades. Build what users want, but steer where the business needs to go. Fast. Focused. Aligned.

Your team has diverse work style preferences. How do you navigate conflicts and ensure productivity?
I see diverse work styles like a jazz band. Everyone brings their own rhythm — some structured, some spontaneous — but when we listen and adapt, something powerful happens. I don’t aim for rigid harmony; I aim for sync. We build workflows that honor deep focus and messy brilliance, with room for both solo flow and creative jam sessions. When conflict arises, I don’t shut it down — I lean in. Because people clash when they care, and that care, that tension, is often where the best ideas live. Productivity follows naturally when people feel seen, trusted, and free to be themselves.
