OneCulture, a premium coworking space, continues to enjoy the spotlight. This time the firm is in the limelight for becoming the first coworking space to lease 1 lakh sq ft office space from Bhutani Infra in Noida in just two months.

Oneculture has rented 1,06,640 sq ft office space in Bhutani Group business venture ‘Alphathum’ in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, being built at the speculation of about Rs 1,200 crore. The top coworking space at present has two focuses in Gurugram, Haryana with an absolute limit of 1,300 seats and will open the third focus in the city in November having 700 seats. It offers space in the scope of Rs 12,000-22,000 for each seat for each month. The Noida space is expected to be the fourth center of OneCulture, with a total capacity of 1,600.
