I am completely changing my mind on how we build software from now on. So, in September alone: Meta launched Muse. OpenAI launched Dots. Google already has Gemini Spark, and Claude seems to release an update every other day that takes another task off your plate. Clearly, there’s a pattern… AI assistants are taking on more of our everyday work. As someone who is into building tech and AI solutions for businesses, I see this less as a consumer story and more as an architectural shift. -𝐀𝐏𝐈𝐬 𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐚𝐬 𝐦𝐮𝐜𝐡 𝐚𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐔𝐈. If an agent can’t connect to your system cleanly, your product becomes invisible in these workflows. -𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐚 𝐦𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐛𝐞 𝐨𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐞𝐝. 𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐭’𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐧-𝐧𝐞𝐠𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞. Agents are only as good as the context they can access -𝐃𝐨𝐧’𝐭 𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐰𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐟𝐥𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐨 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦. These assistants are powerful, but each one is also a company influencing what you see and what gets done. So yes, the systems we build from here on should be designed for agents to work with, not just people. We’re bringing this exact thinking into the systems we build at Zealous from now on.
