#MondayMotivation We’ve been thinking about this a bit lately. We all love the “flower” part - when things are working, when there’s momentum, when people notice. But the reality is, most of that only comes after a phase that feels slow, messy, or just plain uncomfortable. At work, that “rain” can look like difficult conversations, things not going to plan, or stretches where you’re putting in effort but not seeing much come back yet. A few reminders I’m holding on to: 🎯The uncomfortable bits are doing more than we think That stretch you want to get past quickly? It’s probably where the real shift is happening. 🎯Showing up matters more than getting it perfect It’s rarely one big moment. It’s the small, consistent effort that quietly adds up. 🎯Not every phase is meant to be visible 🎯Sometimes you’re building, learning, figuring things out - and it doesn’t look impressive yet. That’s okay. I guess the point is: if it feels like a “rainy” phase, it doesn’t mean you’re off track. Last week, P/ PRABHAVEE, in collaboration with Yellow Spark, hosted a 2-day online capacity-building workshop — POSH PRO: Advanced — designed for Senior Leadership, Management, Internal Committee (IC) Members, Industry Professionals, and Company Representatives. We were delighted to welcome a cohort of over 20 Senior Professionals to this advanced programme built around the theme: PoSH Inquiry: Fairness, Confidentiality, Justice. The workshop focused on strengthening inquiry processes under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, with particular attention to procedural integrity, ethical decision-making, and the spirit of the law.
