Sarvam and YCP are partnering to accelerate AI adoption across leading enterprises. The partnership aims to transition organizations from fragmented AI initiatives to structured, organization-wide deployment anchored in real business value. YCP brings extensive digital transformation experience, rigorous execution capabilities, strategy advisory and deep cross-sector domain expertise, and long-standing client relationships across global markets. Sarvam brings a full-stack sovereign AI platform, built in India, with capabilities spanning language, voice, and multimodal systems. The platform is designed to address the specific requirements of Indian enterprises, including regulatory considerations and the need for cost-efficient deployment at scale.    The partnership will focus on three areas:  First, working with clients to identify and prioritize high-impact use cases, grounded in business value rather than experimentation. This includes aligning AI initiatives with enterprise strategy, operating models, and existing technology landscapes.    Second, co-delivering solutions that integrate Sarvam’s stack with YCP’s domain and functional expertise.     Third, ensuring disciplined execution through joint delivery.
