Responsibilities
Student & Client Acquisition:
- Counsel leads and drive student enrollments.
- Build partnerships with colleges, institutes and coaching centres.
- Manage inbound/outbound calls, demos and email outreach.
Business Development & Sales:
- Identify new opportunities and build a strong lead pipeline.
- Present programs, negotiate and close deals to meet targets.
- Represent the company at fairs, webinars and events.
Client Relationship:
- Maintain relationships with students and partners.
- Provide post-sales support, upsell and cross-sell courses.
Market Insights:
- Track industry trends and competitors.
- Share feedback to improve products and campaigns.
- Coordinate with marketing for lead-generation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
- 0–1 year experience in Sales/BD/Counseling (EdTech preferred).
- Strong communication, presentation & negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with telesales, video calls & CRM tools.
- Target-driven, confident and self-motivated.
