On February 26, Ravi Saraogi, Co-founder of Uniphore, will join Sravanth Aluru, Co-founder and CEO of Avataar.ai, at the ET AI Awards for a panel on Monetizing Data Moats: Population Scale AI. As AI moves from experimentation to execution, the real question isn’t who has the most data — it’s who can operationalize it. The discussion will focus on how organisations can convert data advantage into Business AI systems that run inside real workflows, at population scale. That means turning data into governed, measurable action — not just insight. Scaling AI across millions of users requires more than models. It requires architecture, control, and the ability to embed intelligence directly into how the business operates. 📅 February 26 🕧 12:35–1:00 PM Join the conversation https://lnkd.in/gbusXd4J

Had a great conversation this week with Jon Fortt and Cognizant’s Ravi Kumar S on what it truly takes for business to unlock measurable value from AI. AI doesn’t deliver outcomes simply because it’s powerful. It delivers outcomes when it understands the hustle, knowledge, and nuance of a company. This is context engineering, as Ravi says, how decisions are made, how workflows actually run, and what context truly matters. That’s what this Uniphore’s partnership with Cognizant is about. We discussed why SLMs are a critical piece of this shift. When purpose-built and tightly governed, SLMs enable targeted, domain-specific AI that is deeply grounded in enterprise context. Not generic intelligence, but relevant, accountable, and explainable intelligence. Because only when AI truly understands the business can measurable outcomes be realized. #AI #BusinessAI #Partnership #ForttKnox #Outcomes

  • At the India AI Impact Summit 2026, the conversations centered on one thing- what it takes to scale AI responsibly. During the USISPF panel on Scaling Trusted AI for 8 Billion+, Uniphore CEO & Co-founder, Umesh Sachdev, spoke about India’s next phase in the AI journey — and why it is less about experimentation and more about execution. India has already proven it can build and operate digital infrastructure at national scale. The next step is to deploy Business AI into real systems across sectors — banking, healthcare, telecom, government — where intelligence operates within everyday workflows. Three themes shaped the discussion: • Open, sovereign architectures that protect autonomy while enabling global collaboration • India as the AI Dispersion Capital, moving AI from isolated pilots to broad, production deployment • India’s evolution from a services powerhouse to a global anchor for distributed AI innovation and talent Scaling AI to billions of people requires systems that work reliably in production. That is where the real differentiation begins. Read all about how Business AI is a complete AI platform to power the agentic enterprise - https://bit.ly/3MgWtyH

  • Every service breakdown looks the same to a customer: the right answer, delivered too late. https://bit.ly/4qJ2rXi That’s why 2026 marks a real shift in how customer service AI is being deployed. The focus is moving away from dashboards, post-call analysis, and isolated automation, toward AI agents that operate in real time, inside service workflows. In our latest blog, 5 Top AI Agents for Customer Service, we break down the agents that are redefining service performance, not by replacing humans, but by supporting them in the moments that matter. These agents work across live guidance, self-service resolution, conversation intelligence, recording, and orchestration. When connected, they form a closed loop, turning customer conversations into decisions, actions, and measurable outcomes. This is where Business AI shows its value. Not as experimentation, but as execution. And this is exactly what Uniphore Customer Service AI, part of the Uniphore Business AI Suite, is designed to support: AI agents grounded in real-time enterprise data, structured knowledge, and built-in governance. When AI operates on enterprise truth and applies intelligence during the interaction, the impact is tangible. In production environments, teams are seeing meaningful reductions in hold time and training time, faster resolutions, and more consistent service quality, without increasing risk. The takeaway is simple. Customer Service AI delivers results when it works in the moment, across the full service journey, and as part of a unified Business AI platform. Read the full blog to see how the top AI agents for customer service are being deployed in 2026, and what it takes to make them work at scale. https://bit.ly/4qJ2rXi

  • Most enterprises use AI every day. Some don't actually own it. https://bit.ly/404cv1U Infrastructure, data access, model behavior, even how decisions are made are often controlled by third parties. That’s why so many AI initiatives stall after leaving the pilot stage. Sovereign AI changes the operating model. Instead of renting intelligence, organizations regain control across four practical stages: infrastructure, data, models, and decision-making. The goal isn’t isolation. It’s autonomy, the ability to build, govern, and scale AI on your own terms, without vendor-imposed limits or lock-in This guide breaks down: • The four foundations of AI sovereignty • Why sovereignty feels out of reach for many enterprises • What to look for in a sovereign, composable, and secure AI and data platform As Business AI moves from experimentation to execution, ownership is no longer optional. It’s the difference between AI that adapts to your business and AI that dictates how fast you can move. If you’re evaluating how to regain control over your AI strategy, this is a practical place to start. https://bit.ly/404cv1U
