India’s logistics ecosystem is scaling rapidly, but electrifying last-mile mobility at scale still comes with challenges around reliability, payload, and operating economics. Euler Motors is building for exactly this reality. By designing purpose-built electric commercial vehicles for Indian conditions, Euler is enabling fleets to transition to cleaner mobility without compromising on uptime or performance. Their focus on high-payload segments and real-world operating efficiency has helped them carve a strong position in the commercial EV space. Founded by Saurav Kumar, the company has steadily scaled its presence across markets and applications, from e-commerce to hyperlocal logistics. The latest milestone is a Series E round led by Lightrock, with continued backing from Hero MotoCorp and Blume Ventures. Alongside the equity round, we are continuing to support Euler Motors with debt capital to accelerate expansion across products, manufacturing, and network. We first partnered with Euler Motors in February 2024 and are excited to continue backing the team as they build a category-defining EV company in India. Congratulations to Saurav and the entire Euler Motors team on this milestone. Read More:- https://lnkd.in/g_3YU5-6 Nilesh Kothari | Saurabh Singh | Atul Satpathy

India’s healthcare system is growing rapidly, but cashflows for providers remain slow and fragmented. Hospitals often wait weeks to realize revenue due to delays in claims and collections. This creates constant working capital pressure. Care.fi is solving this. We first backed Care.fi in August 2025 through our venture debt fund, and are excited to support them again with their recent Series A round. The company is building an integrated operating system for healthcare providers, combining claims, documentation, collections, and financing into one platform. With upfront claim disbursement in as little as 10 minutes, Care.fi brings much-needed predictability to healthcare cashflows. As healthcare becomes more insurance-led and operationally complex, platforms like Care.fi become critical infrastructure. Congratulations to Sidak Singh and Vikrant Agarwal on the milestones achieved so far. We look forward to supporting the journey ahead. At Trifecta Capital, we continue to back businesses solving fundamental gaps in the ecosystem. Care.fi is a strong example of that. Nilesh Kothari | Sahil Aggarwal | Aditya Kumar Singh

Over the past few years, electric mobility has moved from experimentation to execution. The next phase of this transition will be shaped by companies that can build not just vehicles, but complete operating ecosystems. Zeno is building precisely at that intersection. We are delighted to see Zeno raise $25 million in its Series A round through a mix of equity and debt financing. The company is building an integrated electric mobility platform including motorcycles, batteries, charging infrastructure, and battery-swapping systems to power sustainable transportation at scale. Trifecta Capital first invested in Zeno in March 2025, and we are proud to invest in the company again in this round, continuing our partnership as the team scales its platform and expands its footprint. Congratulations to Michael Spencer and the entire Zeno team on this milestone. We look forward to supporting the journey ahead.
