    We conducted two Health Melas for Great Learning. One in Bangalore and one in Gurgaon. It was, in fact, a Great Learning. It helped us figure out how to get people in the zone, namely: 🩻 Screening zones, 🦷 Dental zones, 👁️ Vision zones, 💪 Fitness zones, 🍎 Nutrition zone, and a 🦵 Physio zone.     Pet care is part of family care. 🐶 🐱 ♥️ Because when we say we take care of your family, we mean all of them. You can now access top vets on our app for online consultations. Which means less time spent figuring out how to transport a deeply offended Lucy across town… only for her to hide under the table anyway. Fun fact: If you ever go dancing with her, she will bring out her 2010 Bollywood hook steps. Sales → Chaitaanya and Akshay. Fun fact: Chaitaanya is cool (This is all we could get from his team.) Akshay made his first ₹10,000 selling Pokémon t-shirts in school. Customer Success → Debankur. Fun fact: He travels to watch birds while also being a father of a cat that hunts birds down.     Think you have a good habit? Whatever it is, it can't beat geetha's habit. Every week, on Wednesday and Friday. Rakesh Kumar from Bloom Hotels takes his mother to the hospital for her dialysis. And every time, he has a seamless experience because geetha's habit is to file his claim for approval the day before. She files it for him without him raising a ticket, or prompting her to do so, or even when she's on her time off. No one asked her to do this. Till today, when we asked her why, she said, "I do this so Rakesh doesn't have to wait in the hospital for two hours twice a week for approval, and it's an overall great experience for him and his family."     📰 Fortune India writes about Plum rewriting the rules of insurance claims in India. Try saying that 3 times. Here's Manu Balachandran's take on why we obsess over claims: The reality of claims in India is that, ❌ 4 in 10 claims get rejected (or partially paid) 📅 Claims take days… sometimes weeks 😞 And most people walk away feeling cheated Plum is changing this right now. With median reimbursement taking 1.5 days compared to 25 days, and cashless claims taking minutes, not hours. Abhishek says, “The goal is not to stop here.
