There's a specific kind of confidence problem nobody talks about. Not the obvious kind — the kind that shows up everywhere, holds you back broadly, announces itself clearly. This one is quieter. More precise. More confusing. It only shows up in certain rooms. Certain conversations. Certain moments of visibility. Every other context — you're fine. Steady. Clear. Capable.
