I’m excited to share that I’ve joined Kalaari Capital as a Venture Partner. Over more than three decades, I’ve had the opportunity to work across global organisations, high-growth startups, and closely with founders, leadership teams, and venture-backed businesses. Across these experiences, one thing has remained constant — my passion for building strong organisations, developing leaders, and helping businesses scale at speed, with clarity and purpose. What drew me to Kalaari was its long-term approach to institution building and the depth of conviction with which the team supports founders beyond capital. Over the years, Kalaari has built a strong reputation for backing ambitious entrepreneurs while investing equally in leadership, culture, and creating enduring companies. In this role, I’ll be working closely with the partners and leadership team on select high-impact initiatives focused on institution building, leadership development, strengthening decision-making frameworks, and building scalable structures that support Kalaari’s continued evolution.
