Human Beans of Swish ft. Smita! Meet Smita Saxena. She joined the Founders’ Office when we were still putting structures at Swish ✨ Smita doesn't just solve problems; she out-thinks them. In May, you would have seen her buried in quants, predicting exactly how many vada pavs Bangalore would crave the next day. But she isn't just a spreadsheet person. When the math met reality, and we fell short, she was the one physically transporting pavs to the kitchens to make sure no order went unfulfilled. By September, she shifted from the back-end to the front lines. You probably saw her in societies, personally telling the Swish story or managing live stalls in the heat of the day. She has that rare ability to pivot from cold logic to high-energy empathy without missing a beat. She owns the messy middle, so the rest of us only see the magic. Now, she is bringing those battle-tested insights into Product. Whether she is creating new features or fixing existing ones, she is building for the chaos she has actually lived through. A year in, Smita remains a core part of the Founders’ Office and the person who reminds us that the best products are built on the ground, not just in a boardroom.
